Collagen (type II)- is two times more effective at repairing joints than glucosamine and chondroitin. (1) 

MSM- an anti-inflammatory that plays an important role in making collagen and glucosamine. (4)

Vitamin C- is directly related to the regulation of the synthesis of collagen. (13)

Magnesium- stimulates collagen synthesis. (15)

Turmeric Root Extract (Curcumin)- Shown to reduce joint pain and swelling in patients with active RA better than nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). (6)

Zinc- a co-factor for collagen production. (16)

Boswellia Extract- shown to reduce inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), osteoarthritis (OA) and bursitis symptoms.  Boswellic acids – the active components – may have strong anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Also been shown to help prevent cartilage loss. (9)

Ginger Root Extract- Shown to have strong anti-inflammatory properties. Ginger has also been shown to suppress leukotrienes and switch off certain inflammatory genes, potentially making it more effective than conventional pain relievers. (11)

Bromelain Complex- Has strong anti-inflammatory effects.  Shown to reduce swelling and bruising after injury or surgery. (12)

Piperine- The major active component of black pepper.  Increases nutrient absorption by 30%.  When combined in a complex with Turmeric Root Extract, it has been shown to increase bioavailability by 2000%.  Higher absorption means more inflammation-fighting power. (7)

How long does it take to see results?

Results will vary from person to person, but most people have noticed a difference in just a few hours after taking.
